This is the decision making body of the church. as with the
Council, so its authority is primarily limited to the business
affairs of the Church, especially in the dispersement of large
sums of money. A qualified voter is a male communicant member,
21 or older, who has signed the Church's Constitution.
The Voter's Meetings are held quarterly (January, April,
July, and October). An Annual Meeting with the election of officers
and the adoption of the next year's fiscal
budget is held on the first Monday in December.
